Who we are

Amen Hours sells Christian apparel at amenhours.com. "We", "us" and "our" mean Amen Hours; "you" means anyone who visits the site or buys from us.

By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

To place an order you need to be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission. We sell to addresses in the 50 US states and Washington, D.C.

Our products

Every piece is printed after you order it. A print partner makes and ships each order for us.

Our product pictures are digital mockups, not photos of the finished piece. Colors, washes and print placement can look a little different in person and on different screens, and washed or sun-faded fabrics vary from piece to piece.

Please check the size chart in the product photos before you order. Measurements can vary slightly between pieces.

We may change, pause or stop selling any product at any time.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any sales tax are added at checkout, and you see the total before you pay. You can pay with the methods shown at checkout; payments are processed securely, and we never see your full card number.

When you place an order, you're offering to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when a price or product detail was wrong, the payment doesn't go through, the address is outside the area we ship to, or the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

If we find a mistake in a price or description, we'll correct it. If it affects an order you've placed, we'll tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.

Orders go to print the night you order, sometimes minutes after you pay. After that we can't change or cancel an order, except as our Shipping policy describes for a late order. If something is wrong, write to us through the Contact page right away.

Discount codes and offers apply only as described when we offer them. A code has no cash value, can't be combined with other codes unless we say so, and may end at any time.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Where we ship, what it costs and how long it takes are set out in our Shipping policy. What happens when an order arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong is set out in our Refund policy. Because every piece is printed to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for size, fit or a change of mind.

Delivery times are estimates. Carriers can be delayed by weather, holidays and other things outside our control.

Our designs

The designs, artwork, photos, text and logos on this site belong to Amen Hours or are used with permission. You may share links and pictures of what you've bought for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or print our designs, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.

Buying a piece gives you the piece, not the rights to its design.

Using the site

Please use the site lawfully and in good faith. You may not:

give false details or place fraudulent orders
try to break into, overload, scrape or disrupt the site, or get around its security
use the site or our contact form to harass anyone or send spam
use the site in any way that breaks the law

If you create an account, you're responsible for what happens in it. Accounts sign in with a code sent to your email, so keep your email account secure. We may close an account or refuse service to anyone who breaks these terms.

When you send us a message, idea or feedback, we may use it to answer you and to improve the shop. We won't publish your name or words without asking you first.

Services we rely on

Our store runs on Shopify, payments go through Shopify's payment partners, and our print partner makes and ships your order. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to the part they handle.

The site may link to other websites, such as our social media pages. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.

Limits on our responsibility

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but it's provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will always be available, error-free or free of harmful code.

As far as the law allows, Amen Hours is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that come from using the site or our products. For any claim about an order, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

If you break these terms or the law and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs from that claim.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

Law, disputes and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of California. If you have a problem, please write to us first; most things can be sorted out quickly. If we can't resolve it, either of us may bring a claim in small claims court, or in the state or federal courts for Los Angeles County, California, unless the law gives you the right to bring it where you live.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
